Michelle Tribble

Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN

Prior to winning the first-ever All-Star season of HELL’S KITCHEN, Michelle Tribble placed third during Season 14’s competition. Among the youngest competitors in the show’s history, Tribble was also the first contestant who participated in two different seasons and made it to the finals on her second appearance and won.

Tribble is a native of Dallas, Texas, where her culinary passion first developed. Fostering her skills in culinary, pastry and hospitality management, Tribble earned her bachelor’s degree in culinary science from Texas Woman’s University.  She worked as a lead cook with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group and completed a Culinary Research and Development Internship with Frito-Lay before re-locating to New York City prior to participating in season 17 of HELL’S KICHEN.

Throughout the competition, Tribble proved herself a consistent chef. Once dubbed the winner, Chef Gordon Ramsay stated, “Having the youngest of all-stars step up and win this competition is a testament to Michelle's talent. At a very young age, she has already proven she is driven, creative, and commanding. She will be a great asset to HELL’S KITCHEN in Las Vegas."

With two seasons and a win under her belt, Tribble has already made her mark on Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN restaurant at Caesars Palace Las Vegas and has helped further bring the show to life with guests. Tribble can be found working at Hell’s Kitchen, chatting with guests, and taking photos with fans of the restaurant and hit TV show.
